12th Annual MayDay 5K

12th Annual MayDay 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk is presented by Republic Parks & Recreation and CoxHealth Fitness Center in Republic. This event is held the first Saturday in May. The race starts and ends in front of the Republic Aquatic Center (711 E. Miller Road) at 8am (1 Mile begins at 8:05am). Proceeds from the May Day 5K are split between Republic Parks & Rec. and the CoxHealth Fitness Center Scholarship Fund. 

5K Pre-Registration - (By 7:00 p.m. on May 1)  $20.00 (15 & above, age on race day)  $15.00 (14 & under, age on race day)

5K Race Day Registration - (On May 2)  $25.00 (15 & above, age on race day)  $20.00 (14 & under, age on race day)

Must register by April 17 for guaranteed shirt.

1 Mile Fun/Walk Registration -  FREE (registration is still required). Fun Run participants will receive a finisher's ribbon.

Registration Deadline - Race registrations will be taken through 7:30 a.m. on race day (May 2).

Race Packets - Race packets may be picked up on Friday, May 1 at the Republic Community Center from 12:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. or on race day from 6:30 a.m.-7:30 a.m.

Awards - Top three males and females in each age division will receive a medal.  Top overall male and female will receive a plaque and a $100 cash prize.  Top overall male and female masters (40+) will receive a plaque and a $100 cash prize.
Age Divisions - 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & up.
