Varsity Boys: 3:00
Varsity Girls: 3:35
Middle School Boys: 4:10 (1.5 Miles)
Middle School Girls: 4:35 (1.5 Miles)
Elementary Boys: 5:00
Elementary Girls: 5:15 (1 Mile)
Award Ceremony: 5:45 (1 Mile)

The course will consist of a 1.5-mile loop (same as last year). Varsity runs 2 laps, JH runs 1 lap, and the elementary course is a shortened lap.

Teams can be dropped off at the Alley Spring Picnic Pavilion. The pavilion is located at Alley Spring, which is 6 miles west of Eminence, MO, on State Highway 106
