Dust off your wands, don your robes, and get ready to run through a spellbinding Halloween tradition — the Halloween Hustle is back, and this year’s theme is Harry Potter! Whether you're a Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or Slytherin, this magical 5/10K and NEW one-mile candy dash is your chance to help make a difference in our community while having a wickedly good time.

Starting and ending at City Utilities’ main office, this relatively flat course winds through historic mid-town Springfield which might just remind you of Diagon Alley. With candy at every corner and fun for kids of all ages, there are no tricks—just treats for our favorite little ghosts, goblins, and now, young witches and wizards.

Costumes Encouraged!
Lace up your sneakers and come dressed in your Halloween best. Runners are encouraged to wear costumes—from flying broomsticks to golden snitches, Hogwarts robes to your best Patronus, we want to see your creativity soar.

All proceeds from the Halloween Hustle benefit Harmony House, Springfield’s only domestic violence shelter. Every dollar raised helps provide shelter, safety, and support to survivors of domestic abuse and their children.
