Each season comes to an end with a celebratory 5K. This closing event gives program participants of all abilities a tangible sense of accomplishment. Crossing the finish line instills confidence through completion and is a joyful moment program participants always remember! Everyone in our program receives a commemorative medal to celebrate this incredible achievement.

Event Details
This is a certified one-loop 5k course that winds through MSU campus. The race is open to everyone - Yes, men are welcome! Come run alongside our spring program participants as they complete their goal race and experience the joy and enthusiasm of these young runners.
Pre-Race activities start at 7:30AM, followed by the 5K at 9AM.
Packet pickup:
Friday, May 1 from 3:30 - 6:30 pm at Fleet Feet, 1254 E Republic Rd, Springfield, MO
Race day: Saturday, May 2 from 7:30 - 8:30 am
