Seize the Day 5K
Seize the Day 5k is a family friendly event which begins at Jordan Valley Park in downtown Springfield. It raises money to benefit The Epilepsy Foundation of MO & KS. We need your help to continue the fight to 
stop seizures. One in 26 people are diagnosed with epilepsy. It is estimated to affect more than 250,000 children and adults in Missouri & Kansas. Please help us win the fight for people in our community that are challenged with seizures.
